What is Dance Into Wholeness?

This is a mix of ecstatic dance, embodiment practices, and emotional healing.

It's not about choreography, it's not coaching, it's a way to heal through dance/movement.

But YOUR dance, YOUR way.

  • You will be guided through a healing journey where you connect to yourself, your body, and with dance- you experience how to move through life's challenges with ease.

  • You will experience emotional healing without needing words.

  • You will create safety within yourself to feel what has not been felt yet.

Why I Do This

I’ve felt the pressure to perform, to push harder, to hold it all together. I know what it’s like to look like you have it all together while inside feeling exhausted, disconnected, and heavy.

I havent found this anywhere here, and this is exactly what I needed, which is why Im so excited to bring this work to you.


For me, dance became more than movement- it became medicine.
It gave me a way to drop the facade, soften the pressure, and return to myself.

That’s why I created this class. Not to perform. Not to be perfect.
But to give souls like you a safe, gentle space to breathe, feel, and move what words can’t reach.

Movement has truly changed my life, its connected me with my physical body, and my emotional body in new ways I didn't even knew existed.

Your body is also your soul, so- connecting to your body is connecting to you as a whole. From this place, you become real, authentic, bold, calm, and you move through life more aligned.

Why you want to join us

We all have trauma, and sometimes words aren't enough. Sometimes, even though you've done all the trainings and courses, yet there's still something missing.

The body holds the score, and if you want to heal and release from the level of the physical body, you need to speak that language.

What's subconsciously hidden, can be brought to the surface with movement. You dont have to think about it, or do anything, you simply allow your body to move with it, through it, in a gently safe and freeing way.

The Flow of the Experience

  • Guided breath and grounding to arrive in your body

  • A simple theme each week to explore (inner child, boundaries, release, future self through Dance)

  • Time for free movement- nothing to “get right,” but space to feel

  • A short closing ritual to land gently before you go back into your day

Who Am I

I’m not here to teach you how to perform- I’m here to guide you back to yourself. Through dance, movement, and somatic practice, you remember the quiet power in your own body.

My work blends years of professional experience in facilitation, coaching, therapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems & more with training in embodied movement and healing.

Most important of all- I’ve walked the road of burnout and self-disconnection myself, and I know the courage it takes to slow down and feel again.

Freedom is my core value, as I used to grow up stuck in a world I didn't fit into. I found freedom to speak up, to live all over the world, to set boundaries, to pursue my goals, to FEEL again!

Every class I lead is rooted in authenticity, vulnerability, and strength. It’s not about steps or performance - it’s about coming home to your body and discovering you are enough, exactly as you are.
